Goederentreinen... Positive: Ligging is gunstig t.o.v. bezienswaardigheden. Leuk uitzicht en knus. Negative: Bouwwerkzaamheden overdag en een spoorbrug met goederentreinen in de nacht maken slapen een uitdaging. Slaapkamer aan de voorzijde waar uitgaanspubliek langs komt. Plek heeft onderhoud nodig.

Look about before choosing this one Positive: Think twice before you choose this place Negative: We had to leave after one night as husband took Asthma attack. When arrived place smelt of weed smoking. There is a plastic pipe used to additional secure patio door. Place had a bad vibe about it, felt damp and made us itchy. No place for storing clothes. Too far from main area of Nashville and after following crowds had to walk over train tracks (still in use) to get to Broadway

Nice place, just the right size for two people. Nice view of the river from the balcony. I liked the coffee maker and pods which made for a relaxing morning. About a 20 minute walk to downtown but would not recommend walking after dark. The place and complex felt safe and was very quiet. Several restaurants and bars within two blocks so if you get tired of Broadway, I would recommend Germantown.

It was very enjoyable. Nice, clean and quiet

Nice layout of the apartment. Balcony was what sold me. Sofa bed not difficult to set up. Appreciated the coffee machine and pods. The one issue is that the furnace/AC filter was filthy and the air set me sneezing.
